  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must return the item within 14 days after your return request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the condition of the returned item) will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
